Resorts are willing to give you a discount hotel rate in exchange for your attendance as a potential buyer to a one time sales presentation, non-obligation to buy. It's a way of inviting you to preview the benefits of become a Vacation Club member and possibly continue traveling with your family around the world. From our experience there's no better way to travel; flexibility, savings, value, comfort, convenience and luxury. To receive these incredibly low rates, all you have to do is qualify for the offer and book one of our fabulous vacation packages.This is not a Vacation Certificate, this is a "real" vacation package and it works like any regular hotel reservation.
2. Q. How do I know this is not a “scam”? A. We understand your worries and want to you to feel safe and secure when booking your vacation with us. Since 2004 WannaGo Vacations has been deliver vacation packages to a thousand of families. We are Better Business Bureau members and we have agreed to uphold our accreditation standards, which include a commitment to act in accordance with ethical business practices and to respond to customer complaints. As a travel agency we are required by law to be licensed and bonded as a Seller of Travel under the Florida Department of Agriculture & Consumer Services. Our Seller of Travel License Number: ST37146 under Dream Getaway USA Corp. Please feel free to call the State of Florida and ask about us. Since they are the one who license travel companies in Florida, they will be able to give you our full report card.
3. Q. Is this a per person or per night price? A. The price shown is per qualified couple for the designated number of nights. Please see the Details of Participation for any additional charges or call (800) 592-0223 to speak with one of our Travel Specialist. If you don’t qualify we can still help you; sometimes resort make exceptions base on different values or we have the option to give a non-qualified rate that always be lower than the regular hotel price.
4. Q. Are there any additional or hidden costs? A. Depends on the package. If on the package description says hotel and fees included then absolutely no hidden fees, taxes or charges of any kind. Normally on USA packages the hotel taxes and cleaning fees if apply are not included in the price and must be paid by guest at chek-out.

6. Q. What happens after I book the package online? A. We do all the work of booking a great vacation for you. First we'll send you by email the reservation request that you need to sign and fax it back. Please allow 72 hours for processing. Once your confirmation number is received from the hotel, your hotel voucher including directions and information will be sent to the email address listed on your reservation form. Reservations are not confirmed until you have received your confirmation letter by email. A valid credit card is required on file for this package even if you pay with PayPal for any cancellation, modification, no-tour or no show charges. We work directly with the vacations clubs, hotels & resorts. Our clients are #1 priority, we know how important are your vacation and we are committed to help you plan your vacations without any surprises or problems.
7. Q: What documents do I have to bring with me when I check in? A: The hotel voucher that it will be send to your email. The resorts & hotels request a credit card for any incidental charges and valid photo ID. You can call the resorts/hotel prior your check in to reconfirm your reservation once you have the hotel voucher from us.
8. Q: Do I have to bring my income taxes to prove my income? A: No, you don’t have to show any document. At the moment of the reservation your individual or combined annual income will be ask as a way to qualify you for this offer. At the tour you will be ask the same question just for information purposes and to validate that you qualify for the offer but no documentation will be required.
9. Q: Can I bring my kids to the tour? A: Absolutely! There are tons of fun things for them to do at our resorts. And kids are welcome to join you for the resort preview, normally the sponsor resorts have kids room with playgrounds, crayons, toys and supervised activities.
10. Q: Can I purchase more nights? A: Yes. We have packages with more nights and/or also you can buy additional nights from us at a highly discounted rate.
11. Q: Can I buy more than 1 package or room? A: These promotions are not available for multiple families or groups traveling together. We work with the resorts promoting their gorgeous property to as many potential customers as possible. If you are traveling with more than 4 guests, make sure to ask our travel specialist about an option to upgrade your accommodation to a bigger unit. Any upgrades are done directly with the resort, so you can rest assured that you get the lowest upgrade fee possible.
12. Q: What if I need to change my travel dates or cancel my vacation package? A: We totally understand that sometimes life can interfere with your vacation plans. Your package can be canceled and rescheduled anytime over a 1 year period, as long as you meet our cancellation & reschedule policies. Credit can be used on any other vacation package with or without presentation. If you use a partial amount of your credit for a package, the remaining amount will stay in your account for future use. Any modification (including name changes) or cancellation of a confirmed reservation done outside 15 days from arrival date will be charge $35 administrative fee. If a confirmed booking is canceled, modified (including name changes) done within 15 days from arrival date will result in the charge of the first night at a regular rack rate. Rack rate means the normal nightly charged by the resort or hotel (per person for all-inclusive resorts or per night for European plan) No cancellations made directly with the hotel are accepted either. However, if the reason for your cancellation is based on insinuating circumstances -we are not heartless- give us a call and we will be happy to work with you.
13. Q: How long does the resort preview last and when does it take place? A: We respect and value your vacation time. And we know the main reason you vacation is to enjoy yourself and have fun. The resort preview takes 90-120 minutes of your time. The tour takes place at the host resort or it’s Welcome Center. It is fun, exciting and very informative. There is no obligation to buy or join anything. The product you will be introduced to is a great, so ask you to keep an open mind and, most importantly, enjoy yourself.
We do not schedule tour times or set qualifications. No tours on the first day. Tour times will be assigned at time of guest check-in for the welcome center. Married and cohabiting couples MUST attend the property tour together and have matching photo ID's with identical address.
14. Q. When is my credit card charged? A: We do ask you to provide your credit card information at the time of making a reservation, however your credit card is charged only after we have confirmed your booking with the resort. It usually takes about 24-72 hours depending on the destination that you travel.
15. How do I know that my credit card transaction is secure? A: We understand your worry. That’s why we only work with the secure online credit card processing system. All the credit card transactions are processed by the verified and secured merchant – Authorize.net We also carry a security seal from GoDaddy.com. You can rest assured that your credit card information is processed securely.
