This is a special promotional vacation package and all the following requirements must be meet, not exceptions. You will be attending a 120 minute VIP guided resort preview introducing you to the benefits of the resort vacation club. Is only one-time presentation with no obligation to buy.

(No French Canadian, Residents of Europe Asia, Africa, Australia)

Qualifications for qualified (Q's) couples or customers:

1.     Married couples, from 30 to 70 years of age and $50,000.00 dollars as a minimum (couple) yearly income.
2.     Gay couples from 35 to 65 years of age same income. They must  live together and show proof of same address
3.     Both people in the couple have to attend to the presentation. (Points 1 and 2 above)
4.     Single, widow or divorced women, with a yearly income of 50,000 dollars.
5.     They must have an international credit card, VISA, MC or AMEX only Gold or Platinum (No debit or debit, no Discovery or Dinners).
6.     Both need to show their ID’s with same home address, last names and age. If just the husband has an ID, they have to prove they are married with either wedding rings, marriage certification or with children under 15 years of age. Gay couples must have ID’s with same home address.
7.     Their confirmation letter must be signed by them, accepting the terms and conditions of this promotional package.
8.     Both need to speak English or Spanish fluency
9.     Have to be gainfully employed.
10.  Both must attend the 90-minute Vacation Club sales presentation
11.  If it is a quiniella (two couples), both couples must meet qualifications (4 people maximum) and attend the 90-minute Vacation Club sales presentation, together. The second room has to be paid by the client.
12.  This is a onetime offer, and not available to guests who have visited Real Resorts in the past.
13.  This agreement considers that:
*The vacation package sold to a client should not be combined with any other similar promotion or Club presentation on the same trip.
* It cannot be used in combination with another timeshare week on the same trip.
*It cannot be used for other purposes such as business trips, conferences, conventions, weddings, family events, or groups larger than two rooms. Otherwise clients or group of clients will be considered NOT QUALIFY.

All reservations are subject to hotel availability and confirmation. Please do not purchase airline tickets until you receive written confirmation of your travel dates. All sales are final. Vacation package is non-refundable; if offer cannot be used, client can change the date or destiny at different price.

Tours: We do not schedule tour times or set qualifications. No tours on the first day. The tours are normally conducted the day after arrival and you are committed to 90 minutes non-obligation to buy. We cannot guarantee tour time. Tour times will be assigned at time of guest check-in for the welcome center. Married and cohabiting couples MUST attend the property tour together and have matching photo ID's with identical address.
If you fail to complete your tour of the resort, fail to meet the qualifications or be truthful about your qualifying information, attempt group travel then your card will be charged accordingly.
