This is a special promotional vacation package and all the following requirements must be meet, not exceptions. You will be attending a 120 minute VIP guided resort preview introducing you to the benefits of the resort vacation club. Is only one-time presentation with no obligation to buy.

Your accommodation will be at Ocean Spa Hotel, which is also the location for your 90 minute resort sales presentation. A link to map and directions will be provided in an email confirmation that will be sent to you upon booking a reservation.

Sales prospects shall meet all of the following qualifications in order to be deemed “Qualified”:

I. Age and Marital Status.

UNITED STATES AND CANADA: 

1. Married and Co-habitating Clients:  Married clients and co-habitating clients must be between the ages of 25 and 65 and be able to verify their Marital Status and living arrangements by providing a valid drivers license or other form of valid identification verifying residence at the same address, as well as one or more major credit cards.  At least one party of the “couple” shall meet the Age Requirement listed above.  Both parties of the “couple” must be present for the sales presentation.

2. Single females:  A maximum of three single females shall be permitted to travel together.  Of the three single females, at least two must be between the ages of 30 and 65, be employed or gainfully retired, and have one or more major credit cards.

3. Single males:  A maximum of two single males shall be permitted to travel together.  Both single male travelers must be between the ages of 40 and 65, be employed or gainfully retired, and have one or more major credit cards.

MEXICAN AND OTHER LATIN AMERICAN COUNTRIES:

4. Married and Co-habitating Clients:  Married clients and co-habitating clients must be between the ages of 28 and 65 and be able to verify their Marital Status and living arrangements by providing a valid drivers license or other form of valid identification verifying residence at the same address, as well as one or more major credit cards.  At least one party of the “couple” shall meet the Age Requirement listed above.  Both parties of the “couple” must be present for the sales presentation.

5. Single females:  A maximum of three single females shall be permitted to travel together.  Of the three single females, at least two must be between the ages of 30 and 65, be employed or gainfully retired, and have one or more major credit cards.

6. Single males:  No single males will be able to travel.

II. Sales Presentation. All Clients shall be informed in writing prior to their scheduled arrival date that the promotion and/or premiums offered is contingent upon all travelers attending a 90- 120 minute sales presentation. 

III. Residency. All Clients must speak and understand fluent English or Spanish.

IV. Identification. All Clients shall present a valid credit or debit card upon check-in.

V. Disqualification. The following shall be considered disqualified and shall not be eligible for the promotion offer:

a.              DREAM GETAWAY employees and employees of MRRU;

b.              Individuals who have attended a timeshare sales presentation within six (6) months of their scheduled arrival date;

c.              Canadians from Quebec or Montreal;

d.              Full-time students;

e.              Any travel agency employees, time share sales representatives, call center representatives selling vacations, and cruise ship employees;

f.               Any Latin American, with the exception of those living in Mexico, Chile, Colombia, Peru, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Panama and the United Kingdom.

All reservations are subject to hotel availability and confirmation. Please do not purchase airline tickets until you receive written confirmation of your travel dates. All sales are final. Vacation package is non-refundable; if offer cannot be used, client can change the date or destiny at different price.

Tours: We do not schedule tour times or set qualifications. No tours on the first day. The tours are normally conducted the day after arrival and you are committed to 90 minutes non-obligation to buy. We cannot guarantee tour time. Tour times will be assigned at time of guest check-in for the welcome center. Married and cohabiting couples MUST attend the property tour together and have matching photo ID's with identical address.
If you fail to complete your tour of the resort, fail to meet the qualifications or be truthful about your qualifying information, attempt group travel then your card will be charged accordingly.
