The Mexican features authentic a la carte Mexican fare in a festive environment. Imagine a warm Caribbean evening, authentic Mexican fare and cold "cervezas" - can life get any better?
The Italian restaurant offers exquisite a la carte Italian dishes in a stylish atmosphere. Dining experiences are enhanced by a selection of fine vintages from the Italian wine menu.
Reservations are required for both The Mexican and The Italian restaurants.
For more casual cuisine at lunch time, The Pizzeria is situated poolside serving delicious pizza and assorted sandwiches. The poolside beach buffet offers a variety of snack selections and light and healthy lunch options as well as the very famous grilled hamburgers, hot dogs, steaks, chicken and fish cooked to perfection.
Upon special request at check-in, guests may choose a luxuriant culinary experience with the resort's Paradise Lobster dinner. Available for an additional fee, the dinner features an outstanding and grilled-to-perfection lobster dinner, a truly memorable and romantic vacation souvenir. Imagine dining with the Caribbean Sea and the stars and the moon above as the perfect setting!
The Ambar Bar is the property's very own Margarita bar featuring an extensive and mouth watering margarita menu, pool table, entertainment and an impressive array of cocktails and mixers from around the globe. Plus, late night snacks are offered from 11pm to 1am. Guests will also enjoy the novelty of the Aqua Bar, the resort's popular swim-up bar as well as the Disco Bar featuring a pool table, televisions, sport videos and international music.
Accommodations
The all-inclusive Allegro Playacar entices guests with 286 recently renovated tropical themed rooms situated in Polynesian-style bungalows with a balcony or terrace. Superior Premium rooms are located closest to the beach and swimming pools and feature individually controlled air conditioning, mini-fridge, ceiling fan, satellite TV, full, iron and ironing board, coffee pot and safety deposit box. This is a special promotional vacation package and all the following requirements must be meet, not exceptions. You will be attending a 90 minute VIP guided resort preview introducing you to the benefits of the resort vacation club. Is only one-time presentation with no obligation to buy.
Your accommodations will be at Allegro Playacar, and your 90 minute resort sales presentation will take place at the same resort.
» Attend and complete a courteous 90 minute resort sales presentation
» Both participants must be between 28 - 65 of age and must be fluent in English or Spanish without the help of an interpreter.
» Participants must be gainfully employed full-time or retired and have a combined household income of at least $60,000 USD per year.
» Two forms of identification are required for check-in and the presentation: Valid driver's license, state issued ID card or Passport AND a valid major credit card that is accepted internationally (Visa, MasterCard or American Express). A check/debit card with Visa or MasterCard logo is NOT a major credit card and a Discover Card is also NOT accepted.
» Participants must be married or cohabitating and both partners must attend the sales presentation together (cohabitating couples MUST both have with them a valid driver's license with the same address). Sorry, but singles do NOT qualify.
» This offer is ONLY available to residents of the following countries: United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Canada (except the Province of Quebec). The sales room does not allow Chinese, Indian and Hindu citizens even if they do live in USA. South American Countries (except Argentina and Venezuela) qualified as long as the couple have an American credit card.

Tours: We do not schedule tour times or set qualifications. No tours on the first day. The tours are normally conducted the day after arrival and you are committed to 90 minutes non-obligation to buy. We cannot guarantee tour time. Tour times will be assigned at time of guest check-in for the welcome center. Married and cohabiting couples MUST attend the property tour together and have matching photo ID's with identical address.
If you fail to complete your tour of the resort, fail to meet the qualifications or be truthful about your qualifying information, attempt group travel then your card will be charged accordingly.
