- Reservations requests may be made immediately after purchase, please call our reservation department at 1-866-926-6236. We'll send you by email the reservation request you'll have to sign and fax it back. Please allow 3 full business days for processing (sometimes more depending the resort). Once your confirmation number is received, your hotel voucher including directions and information will be sent to the email address listed on your reservation form. Reservations are not confirmed until you have received your confirmation letter by email.
You must provide a minimum 14-day notice when scheduling your travel dates; last minute reservations are accepted dependidng the vacation club polices and all reservations are subject to hotel availability.
A valid credit card is required on file for this package even if you pay with PayPal for any cancellation, modification, no-tour or no-show charges. - Tours
- We do not schedule tour times or set qualifications. No tours on the first day. The tours are normally conducted the day after arrival and you are committed to 90-120 minutes non-obligation to buy. We cannot guarantee tour time. Tour times will be assigned at time of guest check-in for the welcome center. Married and cohabiting couples MUST attend the property tour together, have matching photo ID's with identical address and must present a valid credit card (no debit car or check cards) at check-in.
If you fail to complete your tour of the resort, fail to meet the qualifications or be truthful about your qualifying information, attempt group travel then your card will be charged accordingly. - Dream Getaway USA Corp. holds no discretion over the eligibility requirements for participation in the resort preview. The eligibility requirements have been set forth by the resort developer. If Dream Getaway USA Corp believes that the eligibility requirements for participation are not being met, we reserve the right to cancel any reservation before the arrival date.
- Cancellation
- It is the policy of Dream Getaway USA Corp. to reschedule the vacation and not to refund if there is a conflict in your schedule. All sales are final. We do not refund vacation packages after they are purchased, unless we cannot book your originally requested travel dates. No refunds will be given for no-shows, early checkouts or unused nights.
Once your originally requested travel dates have been confirmed, you are ineligible for a refund, you are only eligible for a store credit, for future use. - Rescheduling/ No-shows
- Any modification (including name changes) or cancellation of a confirmed reservation done outside 15 days from arrival date will be charge $35 administrative fee. All reservations are subject to hotel availability and confirmation.
If a confirmed booking is canceled, modified (including name changes) done within 15 days from arrival date will result in the charge of the first night at a regular rack rate. Rack rate means the normal nightly charged by the resort or hotel (per person for all-inclusive resorts or per night for European plan) - Failure to re-schedule prior to check in
- Failure to cancel or re-schedule prior to check in will result in the forfeiture of your package and you will not be refunded any money that you paid for your package. This means that if you fail to check in at your resort or call us before your check in date to notify us of your need to cancel will result in the loss of your reservation, and any money paid for the package. If you notify us in advance of your check in date, you will not lose your money, but Reschedule/Cancellation/Change dates Policy apply.
- Payment Plan Policy
- All packages purchased on a payment plan from Dream Getaway USA Corp. must be paid in full no less than 45 days prior to check in unless you have made other arrangements with us directly. Failure to pay your package in full as agreed will result in your loss of your deposit and your reservation will be cancelled.
- Hotel Availability
- In the event Dream Getaway USA Corp. is informed by the hotel or resort developer that either your selected travel dates, accommodations, or presentation have become unavailable, Dream Getaway USA Corp. reserves the right to offer substitute accommodations of equal or greater value, or alternative touring location if available, or you will receive a full refund for the total monies paid to Dream Getaway USA Corp. excluding additional fees incurred for previous reservation modifications.
